The launch of West Ham United’s Disabled Supporters Association coincides with the opening for new members to sit on our Disabled Supporters Board.
The Board was established in 2017 and acts as a platform for meaningful engagement and is the key conduit between accessibility supporters and the West Ham United Board. The aim is to work together to consult, discuss and set actions to help us achieve the best experience for accessibility supporters across all areas.
The DSB has an active representation on the full Independent Supporters Committee (ISC) ensuring the voice of all accessibility fans are taken into consideration as supporter views are discussed and matters presented to the Club.

The new Premier League’s Fan Engagement Standards (FES) acknowledges the essential role fan engagement should play in decision making at Clubs - and this means disabled supporters should be leading the decisions for disabled supporters!
We are looking for proactive applicants willing and able to give up their spare time to help the DSB continue to make a difference to further improve the matchday experience for all accessibility supporters and embrace the opportunity the launch of the DSA to build a community beyond that matchday.
This is a voluntary role; meetings will be mostly via zoom but could be in person at the Stadium to meet with Club Staff (although these are limited to no more than 3 a season) Unfortunately, there are no expenses available for those attending these meeting.
